Tests and attendance, step by step

New to the portal? Here is exactly what happens when you take a test or mark your attendance.

Taking a test

  1. Open the test from your dashboard The test shows up when your trainer makes it live.
  2. Allow camera access Your camera stays on during the test.
  3. Stay on the test tab Switching to another tab or app is recorded.
  4. Submit before the timer ends Check your answers, then submit.

Marking attendance

  1. Your trainer shows a QR code It appears in class with a short timer.
  2. Scan it from your portal Do this before the timer runs out.
  3. You are marked present Your attendance is saved right away.
  4. Check your calendar See all your days in the monthly attendance view.

Your login is created by NS3 EDU when you join a course. If you have not received it, ask your trainer or the NS3 EDU office.

Yes. The portal works on phones, tablets and laptops. For tests, use a device with a working camera and a stable internet connection.

Tests are proctored to keep them fair for everyone. Your camera stays on during the test, and switching to another tab or app is recorded.

The QR code works only until its timer ends. If you could not scan it in time, tell your trainer in the same class.

When your certificate is ready, it shows up in the Certificates section of your dashboard. You can download it from there.
